Problem Note 35618: Copy and paste operations create invalid objects when used in SAS® Management Console
Objects that contain path references to dependent objects will not contain the correct path after an import, or a copy and paste operation. The path to the dependent object is not updated correctly.
For example, if you copy a report with a dependent gif image, the new folder /BIP Tree/Copy of Report is created. The copied report continues to use the original dependent image instead of the newly copied image. If the original image is deleted, the report will fail.
Another example is importing an Information Map that references a stored process. The imported map continues to use the original stored process.
